About the book
This book is a dietary segmented book that gives advice on how to eat healthy. This book would be good for people who are starting their journey into healthy eating. The basically walks readers through the supermarket aisle-by-aisle detailing her research on what the average consumer can expect to find.
What I love about it.
There is also plenty of insight into food issues such as why it was ok for you to eat raw cookie dough when you were a kid - but why you shouldn't let your own children do that today.
The book is a mixture of common sense, logic, nutritional science, and hard data make on what to eat.

How I can apply it’s content to my life.
The book teaches us to proportion our meals and also take water before meals to avoid over eating.
